He completed his internship at Riverside Hospital in Newport News, Virginia, and his residency in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in 1982. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Kiser is on staff at Smyth County Community Hospital, Johnston Memorial Hospital, and Wythe County Community Hospital. He sees patients in our Marion, Abingdon, and Wytheville offices, and he specializes in Comprehensive Ophthalmology, Cataract Surgery, and Eyelid Surgery.
