About W. David Kiser, M.D.

Dr. Kiser has been in the practice of Ophthalmology since 1982. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in 1969 and graduated with a degree in Medicine from The Medical College of Virginia in 1974. He completed his internship at Riverside Hospital in Newport News, Virginia, and his residency in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in 1982. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Specialization

Dr. Kiser is on staff at Smyth County Community Hospital, Johnston Memorial Hospital, and Wythe County Community Hospital. He sees patients in our Marion, Abingdon, and Wytheville offices, and he specializes in Comprehensive Ophthalmology, Cataract Surgery, and Eyelid Surgery.
